DDA BOARD MEETING
January 10, 2021 at 12:00 PM
Regular meetings are scheduled for the second Monday of the month, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. These meetings include information about what the DDA has been working on and will be working on as well as updates from our partner organizations – The City, CRA, and Chamber. If you are interested in attending, members of the public are asked to attend via zoom if possible as space is limited.

December Board Meeting Highlights:
- The City of Delray Beach is proposing a parking fee increase for Beachside parking.  If approved, the hourly rate would change from $1.50 up to between $2.75 - $5.00 per hour.  This proposed parking fee increase was discussed at the December DDA Board meeting.  The DDA board is not in favor of a significant increase and decided to schedule a meeting with the Parking board to work through this topic.  Stakeholder feedback is critical, please share your input with us, dda@downtowndelraybeach.com.

LEGACY BUSINESS: Nina Raynor
210 NE 6th Ave. - US-1
It began in 1958 when Nina Raynor opened a small women's boutique on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, Florida. The store featured day wear and country club casual, with a touch of evening. In the summers she closed the store and brought the stock to North Carolina. If you know anything about Delray Beach, you know why.
Today, the shop remains a family-owned business in Downtown Delray Beach. And after all those years on Atlantic Avenue, the store moved in late 2019 to a new space in Delray Beach.
